Eclipse Surgical TMR Minimally Invasive Surgical/Drug Delivery Tools
TMR promotes new blood vessels. The laser created channels allow fresh blood to perfuse the heart wall immediately, and may provide oxygen in the process. Over time, these channels promote the growth of new blood vessels, or angiogenesis, according to numerous research and clinical studies.
Our Task
Paramit worked with Eclipse Surgical (now Cardiogenesis Corp) and their medical staff to develop a half dozen experimental TMR (TransMyocardial Revascularization) minimally invasive surgical and drug delivery tools, disposable fibers, and accessories for the treatment of advanced cardiovascular diseases.
